Renal-nephritis – mild focal segmental glomerulonephritis, proteinuria, microscopic haematuria

Skin- non-thrombocytopenic purpura on extensor sufaces-buttocks/legs

What is it? is a condition characterized by a widespread necrotizing vasculitis of arterioles and small capillaries.
