Bernard Ho, St George's, University of London

This book is the advanced version of Kumar and Clark. If you find K+C is 'too basic', this book is probably written for you. Each chapter is written by a different professor, giving a fresh style after each chapter. The online content to this book took it one step further and integrated different web resources in the ebook to allow a more diverse learning experience. I actually really enjoy this book - there are many moments that I wonder why they don't cover some materials in K+C where they covered in lectures - and all the moments are now found in this book. I do have to say, the chapters are all written in more detail than graduation requirement. But this makes this book just even more worth it, as it will last past undergraduate level medicine. This book is like the fusion of K+C and wikipedia. Perfect for PBL (for those that want to go that extra depth/step) or those that want to learn more about any specific diseases/systems. Not the best for last-minute revision.
