This textbook is easy to get stuck into. Each chapter starts off from the bottom up, guiding you right up to the details you need to know! The pages are simply coloured, and a portable size with the text broken up by relevant graphs, diagrams and anatomical drawings. Some of the explanations are a little overcomplicated and confusing, but it is easy to gloss over and move onto the next subheading (which is never too far away!). At the end of each chapter, the clinical case MCQs and summaries are perfect for the revising medical student, and overall this a brilliant study guide.
