I award this book a BUYER RATING OF 3/5. This is another typical Crash Course book. Very easy to read and lovely to look at; I can tell that the Team behind this book really are supporting us through are pre-exams cramming sessions. A lot of information is packed into this not so big book and it really does simplify the topics that you sometimes think you understand but then when you’re on a ward round surrounded by eyes realise you don’t (e.g. murmurs). My best feature is the mock questions section at the very back and the biggest downside for me is the way this book splits diseases into two; the Patient’s Presentations and Your Response. However, saying that I know that some people like this feature. As always try before you buy! Enjoy, Latifa (“,)
