This book is not a clinical skills book - so please don't mistaken this book for Talley's Clinical Examination. However, this book is still simply amazing. I would not recommend this book to be a 'reference book' like Kumar and Clark, but I would recommend this book to be read chapter-by-chapter or cover-to-cover. If you have read Oxford Cases in Medicine and Surgery or 250 cases in Clinical Medicine, this is quite similar to those books, except with more long cases. I really enjoy this book. The downside with this book is the absence of online material to go with this book - but there's a DVD to accompany the book's material. Nevertheless, the content in this book is very, very well written. The material is written in more depth than what the 'average undergraduate' would need to know - as this book is mainly targeted for fellowship examination candidates sitting the Australian FRACP.
