Histology is a really important part of pathology. Understanding and visualising the different cells and tissues of the body comes up time and time again in all the various subjects in the medical degree. Mitchell and Peel make the subject very accessible in their concise illustrated colour text. The authors cover all the systems in just over 120 pages, primarily in non-disease states, making this ideal for revision but also for reference as a colour atlas. Useful for both biomedical science lectures and clinical rotations, I would recommend this textbook if you are looking for an easy to read book.
