I was a little daunted by the size of this textbook at first glance but was amazed at what a good read it is. It can't be easily carried around with you in hospital. It is, however, very thorough, making it a perfect addition to those interested in paediatrics or GP. I found the book to have a tradtional style with Netter's standard (but clear) illustrations. There are flow diagrams and charts for summaries but it is less exciting to the eye than other similar textbooks but it has everything you need. I do not think you can easily use this for revision but is exactly what you need to make the best revision notes from. An excellent book overall.
